All members 12 years and older can take advantage of a complimentary fitness orientation that includes:
- A review of your health history
- Guidance on setting fitness goals
- Instruction on how to use weight and cardio machines
- A fitness log sheet to help you track your progress
Sign up at the Front Desk and allow approximately an hour. Come dressed to work out!
Junior Orientation for Ages 12-16
This program is required for our 12-16 year old members in order for them to get their scan card. It is an orientation that teaches them about using the Club’s facilities safely and responsibly. Sign up at the Front Desk!

Body Composition Measuring
A Fitness Staff member will conduct two different measurements to help you understand your physical makeup and track your fitness. These complimentary measurements include:
- Body Mass Index
- Multi-site Girth Measurement
Sign up at the Front Desk and allow approximately 30 minutes. Wear shorts and a t-shirt.
Sign up at the Front Desk for a free appointment with dietitian Laura Bauer, MS, RD. She’s available Saturdays from 11am to 1pm or Mondays from 4:30 to 6:30pm. She can help you with questions concerning heart disease risk, diabetes, diet analysis, and other nutrition-related health risks.
