Masters Swim is ideal for former competitive swimmers, triathletes, cross-training, and long-term fitness for people interested in swimming for fitness. Swimmers attend Masters Swim to improve their stroke, increase their fitness level, and receive support. Workouts may include all four strokes and cover distances between 2,000 and 3,000 meters. The program is open to all levels of experience, but this is not a class for those who want to learn to swim.
See the membership office for details on how to get involved with Masters Swimming.
